As a special incentive to our customers, hadleybaby.com offers free shipping on orders over $75. This incentive is available to both registry items and personal item purchased through the website.

In some instances some items will NOT qualify for free shipping, as some manufacturers REQUIRE that a minimum shipping charge is assessed for particular items that are being shipped. Items that do qualify for our "free shipping on orders over $75" incentive are indicated by the "free shipping" icon. If this item DOES NOT qualify for shipping normal shipping rates will applied to this item. Please note: Free shipping applies only to ONLINE PURCHASES.

Shipping

Shipping through the HadleyBaby.com site is provided by FedEx and Freight Drop Shippers. Shipping is calculated in real time from the FedEx API and is based on shipping weight, height & length. Items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer are based on the manufacturer’s freight charge. Items that are purchased through the site and picked up at the store will not be assessed shipping charges. If an item is being picked up from the store, please call to make special arrangements. Shipping times and arrival times are only an estimate, not a guarantee. If some instances, items that are shipped directly will incur delays. We are committed to your satisfaction and will notify you instantly of any potential delays.

Returns

Hadleybaby.com appreciates your support & patronage. Therefore, we ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We call it the Hadley "100% satisfaction policy". If you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 14 days of your purchase for a refund. In order to return items purchased from HadleyBaby.com all of the following must apply:

  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging, unused, with all manuals and documents.
  • Customer agrees to pay return shipping charges.
  • Customer agrees to pay 10% restocking fee.
  • Customer must call the store at 773.883.0077 to obtain a return authorization code prior to returning the item(s).
  • Item(s) must not be a non-return item (see below "non-returnable items").


Non-Returnable Item(s)

  • Furniture (Cribs, High-Chairs, Tables, Rockers, Chairs, Dressers, Changing Tables, Mattresses, Beds, Bassinets).
  • Items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
  • Used clothing.
  • Item(s) without the original packaging.
  • Item(s) that are custom made or made to order.

Damaged Item(s)

HadleyBaby.com is committed to ensuring that your item(s) shipped to your location are undamaged and new condition. Please inspect you item(s) once they arrive. If your item(s) arrived damaged you may call the store directly WITHIN 3 days to receive instructions for a replacement. See Warranties for items that are malfunctioned or fall under the manufacturers warranty policy.

Warranties

All items purchased through the HadleyBaby.com website carry a warranty from their respective manufacturer. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, please contact the store directly and we will be happy to help.

Sales Tax

HadleyBaby.com charges sales tax for customers that reside in the State of Illinois. This rate is equal to 9.75% of the sub-total amount and is based on the shipping location. Items that are shipped outside of Illinois will not incur a sales tax charge.
